Acupuncturist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, grounded, and experienced acupuncturist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established clinic with a loyal and ever-growing patient base in the beautiful heart of West Bend. In this role, you’ll provide personalized care, seeing 6-12 patients per shift with appointments scheduled every 30 minutes. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a solid foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western medicine too, with a dedicated commitment to empowering patients through thoughtful, health-conscious choices. A key part of this role will involve EMR charting, and we utilize the Jane software platform, so familiarity with it is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide acupuncture treatments in a peaceful, supportive clinic environment, seeing 6-12 patients per shift.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with knowledge of TCM principles.
• Guide patients in making thoughtful, health-conscious decisions to increase their vitality and wellness in mind, body and spirit.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Jane EMR, including charting for insurance purposes.
• Ensure detailed, efficient documentation of treatments, progress, and recommendations in the Jane system.
• Foster a warm, patient-centered space where individuals feel heard and supported in their healing journey.
• Collaborate when necessary, with practitioners/doctors to provide integrated, holistic care for our patients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred as a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac).
• Current Valid Oregon Acupuncture license, NCCAOM certification and Professional Malpractice Insurance
• A deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture techniques.
• Knowledge and comfort in integrating TCM alongside Western medical practices.
• Experience with EMR charting, specifically using the Jane software system. We can train you, however, experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and easy patient rapport along with the ability to educate and empower patients with compassion and skill
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment while maintaining quality, focused care.
• Experience in a busy clinic setting is a plus but not required.
• A grounded, compassionate demeanor and a genuine passion for guiding others toward their wellness goals.
• Ability to balance a busy schedule while providing thoughtful, individualized care to each patient.
